Hinged field fences are the most commonly used type with economic
benefits. Different forms of weaving are used to wrap horizontal
lines with vertical lines at each intersection to form hinge
joints. This spring-shaped knot will provide maximum elasticity to
absorb the most violent impact energy and spring back into its
original shape. The hinge joint allows the necessary flexibility to
move without breaking the wire when the pressure is placed on the
stock over the fence.
A hinged joint fence, often referred to as a farm fence, has four
wrapped hinge joints where two vertical draws are wound together to
form a hinge joint. The knot acts like a hinge, contracting under
pressure and then bouncing back into shape. This provides easy
installation as the hinge "gives" while retaining the full height
for continued protection and good appearance. Vertical wires are
individually cut and wrapped for maximum strength and flexibility.

Q1: Is High Tensile Hinged Joint Knot Fence Different to erect?
While High Tensile Hinged joint knot fencing certainly requires
different techniques to erect than mild steel, it is no more
difficult. Most farms have access to a post driver that can easily
drive in strainers to the required depth. Bending and tying off is
simple when using the correct technique.
Q2: Isn’t High Tensile Hinged Joint Knot Fence Expensive?
It is a common misconception that a mild steel hinged joint knot
fence will cost less than High Tensile. High Tensile mesh rolls may
be more expensive to buy, but this is more than compensated for by
the reduced numbers of posts and labour required.
Although HT8/80/15 is the most common spec used for livestock, we
also offer a wide variety of specifications to suit different

- In 1989, HUILONG company was established, the original store was
located in Anping Wire Mesh World Supermarket;
- In 1994, Anping HUILONG wire mesh factory was founded, located in
Nanhuan East Road, mainly for the domestic market and produce
Welded Wire Mesh Roll, Welded Wire Mesh Panel, and Wire Mesh Fence,
etc.;
- In 1998, ethnic Chinese from Philippines visited us and confirmed
the intention of cooperation;
- In 2004, Philippines invested 1 million funds, HUILONG Wire Mesh
became a joint venture company named as "ANPING HUILONG WIRE MESH
MANUFACTURE CO., LTD.";
- In 2008, HUILONG wire mesh international sales department
successfully obtained European market, establishing a European
